%X 助产士人文关怀对提升产妇的分娩体验具有不可替代的作用。助产士的人文关怀实践贯穿于孕产期和产后阶段&#65292;为产妇及其家庭提供了多层次的支持&#65292;不仅改善了孕产妇的健康结局&#65292;还通过建立信任和关怀关系提升了医疗体验。助产士人文关怀的表现受其个体特质、工作环境和患者因素影响显著&#65292;心理、技能和环境层面的干预措施协同作用&#65292;能有效应对助产士在关怀实践中的挑战&#65292;为产妇提供更加全面和优质的护理服务。提出了跨文化研究、关怀干预效果评估、新兴技术支持的研究方向。<br>The humanistic care of midwives plays an irreplaceable role in improving the maternity experience. Midwives&#8217; humane care practices run through the pregnancy, delivery and postnatal stages, providing multiple levels of support to mothers and their families, not only improving maternal health outcomes, but also enhancing the medical experience by building relationships of trust and care. The performance of midwives&#8217; humanistic care is significantly affected by their individual characteristics, working environment and patient factors. The synergistic intervention measures at the psychological, technical and environmental levels can effectively respond to the challenges of midwives&#8217; caring practice and provide more comprehensive and high-quality nursing services for pregnant women. The research directions of cross-cultural research, care intervention effect evaluation and emerging technology support are put forward.
