There are a series of cultural forms in the characteristics of human nature in traditional Chinese philosophy, and the three philosophical thoughts of Confucianism, law and Taoism contain a rich view of human nature, such as the optimistic ethical, political and cultural structure of traditional Confucian etiquette, legalists “changing the nature” to guide and change the natural nature of human beings. The ideal pursuit of “harmony between man and nature” reflects the Chinese people’s idealized yearning for harmony and unity between man and nature. These human factors deeply rooted in Chinese traditional culture not only determine the behavior pattern of Chinese people in interpersonal communication and affairs, but also make us face a tension between reality and ideal. In order to face up to and reconcile the contradiction between human desire and realistic ideal, we need to have a deeper understanding and analysis of these traditional cultural factors rooted in Chinese human nature, and dig out the compatibility of human factors and modern values in traditional Confucian, Taoist and legal philosophy. %K 传统哲学, %K 人性, %K 价值意蕴
