%X 为解决无线通信领域天线增益较低、辐射距离较近的问题,本文提出了一款加载渐变折射率透镜的寄生贴片阵列天线,该阵列天线由渐变折射率透镜和一个4元寄生贴片阵列天线构成。我们首先在贴片天线接地板上刻蚀缺陷地结构以增强阵元天线的谐振能力,之后通过在贴片两侧加载额外的寄生贴片结构,阵元天线的增益和辐射特性能够得到进一步加强。最终设计得到的目标天线的−10 dB带宽为4.92~5.12 GHz,带内最大增益为8.408 dBi,具备良好的端射性能,在5G通信和室内雷达等领域具有一定的应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of low antenna gain and short radiation distance in the field of wireless communications, a parasitic patch antenna array loaded with a gradient refractive index lens is proposed in this paper. The antenna array consists of a gradient refractive index lens and a 4-element parasitic patch antenna array. Firstly, we etch a defective ground structure on the ground plane to enhance the resonance level of the antenna element. Then, by loading additional parasitic patch structures on both sides of the patch, the gain and radiation characteristics of the antenna element can be further enhanced. The final designed target antenna has a −10 dB bandwidth of 4.92~5.12 GHz and a maximum in-band gain of 8.408 dBi. It has good end-fire performance and has certain application prospects in fields such as 5G communications and indoor radar.
