To explore the digital transformation dilemma of SMES in the context of the industrial Internet, this study constructs an evolutionary game model of the government, industrial Internet platforms, and SMES based on the evolutionary game theory. Using Matlab 2016b, an in-depth simulation analysis was conducted to examine the evolutionary strategies of the three parties under the influence of different factors. The research results show that: government subsidies can significantly enhance the willingness of SMES to enter the platform and the enthusiasm of the platform to provide intelligent services to a certain extent. However, excessive subsidies will cause financial pressure on the government and reduce the government’s motivation to actively promote digital transformation; the platform’s initiative to bear part of the digital transformation costs of SMES and strengthen data security protection is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of SMES; SMES’ efforts to improve their own resource conversion capabilities play a crucial role in promoting the sustainable development of their digital transformation. The research results expand the platform empowerment theory and can provide a reference basis for promoting the construction of the digital transformation system of SMES. %K 工业互联网平台, %K 数字化转型, %K 中小企业, %K 演化博弈
