Higher education is a key pathway for cultivating innovative talents, and artificial intelligence is one of the important tools driving innovation today. The application of artificial intelligence not only helps universities better cultivate professional talents who master cutting-edge technology, but also promotes the further development of artificial intelligence technology through practical application. This article will briefly analyze the current development status and future trends of artificial intelligence in higher education, explore the support of artificial intelligence for universities, teachers, and students, and analyze the challenges that may be encountered in the empowerment process, and propose corresponding strategies for challenges, in order to evaluate its feasibility.
