%X 伴随着城镇化的的进展，进城务工的农民数量与日俱增，农民工成了城市建设中不可或缺的力量，快速的城镇化给我们的生活带来了前所未有的发展，但也挤压了农民工的生存空间，导致农民工出现焦虑、不安、失眠等心理问题。本文基于课题组对六省农民进行的调研得来的数据，采用问卷调查法、文献研究法，同时运用多元回归模型分析导致农民工压力产生的原因，发现农民抗压能力与1) 农民年龄相关，2) 农民身体状况相关，并借此提出了缓解农民心理压力的6条措施建议，希望能帮助农民工更好地缓解心理压力，积极融入社会，推动社会主义和谐社会的健康发展。
With the progress of urbanization, the number of farmers working in the city is increasing day by day, and migrant workers have become an indispensable force in urban construction. Based on the data obtained from the survey of farmers in six provinces, this paper uses questionnaire survey method, literature research method, and multiple regression model to analyze the causes of migrant workers’ stress, and finds that farmers’ ability to resist pressure is related to 1) the age of farmers and 2) the physical condition of farmers, and puts forward six measures to alleviate farmers’ psychological pressure, hoping to help migrant workers better relieve psychological pressure, actively integrate into society, and promote the healthy development of a harmonious socialist society.
