%X 听力理解是高中英语教学中的重要技能。教师需要充分了解与认识听力理解的认知机制&#65292;才能帮助高中生克服听力中遇到的困难。通过对听力理解认知机制主要研究发展历程的回顾&#65292;其感知、解析、运用三阶段的机制为教师利用认知规律来全面指导教学活动提供了重要的教学启示&#65292;有助于促进学生听力理解能力的提升。<br>Listening comprehension is an important skill in high school English teaching. Teachers need to have a thorough understanding of the cognitive mechanisms of listening comprehension in order to help high school students overcome the difficulties they encounter in listening. By reviewing the main developmental trajectory of research on the cognitive mechanisms of listening comprehension, the perception, phasing, and utilization stages of the mechanism provide important teaching insights for teachers to use cognitive laws to comprehensively guide teaching activities and help promote students&#8217; listening comprehension skills.
