%X 本研究聚焦于RCEP框架下中国与东盟国家的教育合作,深入剖析其面临的机遇与挑战,并提出针对性的应对策略。随着RCEP的实施,双方在经贸往来深化的同时,教育合作需求也日益增长,政策支持与文化交流为其创造了有利条件。然而,教育质量标准差异、资源分布不均以及文化语言障碍等问题也逐渐凸显。通过加强教育质量协同、促进资源均衡配置和跨越文化语言障碍等策略,有望推动双方教育合作迈向新台阶,为区域发展提供人才支撑和智力保障,助力构建更为紧密的中国–东盟命运共同体。
This research focuses on the educational cooperation between China and ASEAN countries under the RCEP framework, deeply analyzing the opportunities and challenges it faces and proposing targeted countermeasures. With the implementation of RCEP, while the economic and trade exchanges between the two sides are deepening, the demand for educational cooperation is also increasing. Policy support and cultural exchanges have created favorable conditions for it. However, issues such as differences in educational quality standards, uneven distribution of resources, and cultural and language barriers have also become prominent. Through strategies such as strengthening the coordination of educational quality, promoting the balanced allocation of resources, and overcoming cultural and language barriers, it is expected to promote the educational cooperation between the two sides to a new level, provide talent support and intellectual guarantee for regional development, and help build a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.
