The Development Dilemma and Coping Strategies of Jing School Education—A Case Study of Jing School in Dongxing City %A 万颖 %J Chinese Traditional Culture %P 6-10 %@ 2332-6824 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/cnc.2025.131002 %X 广西壮族自治区防城港市东兴市聚居着一个少数民族——京族,论文从东兴市京族的学校教育入手,分析在如今政策支持、旅游业发达的地区背景下,京族学校如何传承和发展本民族的文化,以及作为民族品牌的京族学校在办学过程中的三个困境:民族文化传承与基础教育的不平衡、师资力量严重匮乏、学生流失严重及学习积极性不高,最后,结合各种角度和方针政策,提出一些具体可行的应对策略。
Dongxing City, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is home to an ethnic minority, the Jing Nationality. Starting from the school education of the Jing nationality in Dongxing City, this paper analyzes how the Jing schools inherit and develop their own culture under the background of policy support and developed tourism, as well as the dilemma of the Jing schools as a national brand in the process of running schools: the imbalance between the inheritance of ethnic culture and basic education, the low matching degree of curriculum and textbooks, the serious shortage of teachers, the serious loss of students and the low enthusiasm for learning.
