With the advancement of technology, the “Internet+” concept has permeated every aspect of life, and “Internet + Education” is flourishing accordingly. The new era has set forth new demands for education and educators. Consequently, this paper addresses the issues of professional ethics and professional capacity enhancement for university teachers under the “Internet+” backdrop. Initially, the paper elucidates the meaning of “Internet + Education.” Subsequently, it analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced. Finally, it proposes strategies for regulating the professional ethics of university teachers and enhancing their professional capabilities.
