%X 京津冀城市群是我国区域发展战略部署的重要组成部分。然而&#65292;京津冀协同发展的根本难点在河北。河北省作为东部地区的重要组成部分&#65292;需积极调整经济发展方式&#65292;优化产业结构&#65292;加快科技教育人才一体化进程。文章分析并指出了河北在科技教育领域的现状&#65292;强调人才资源一体化是区域经济一体化的核心动力。文章旨在为河北在京津冀科技教育人才一体化进程中提供政策建议&#65292;助力首都经济圈的发展。<br>The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is an important part of China&#8217;s regional development strategy. However, the fundamental difficulty in promoting coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region lies in Hebei. Hebei Province, as an important part of the eastern region, needs to actively adjust its economic development mode and optimize its industrial structure, accelerate the integration of science and technology, education, and talent. The article analyzes and points out the current situation of science and education in Hebei, emphasizing that the integration of talent resources is the core driving force of regional economic integration. The purpose of this article is to provide policy suggestions for Hebei in the process of integrating science, education, and talent in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and to contribute to the development of the capital economic circle.
