The branding construction of reading promotion activities is an important way for university libraries to expand the influence of reading promotion activities and promote the sustainable development of reading promotion work. Student clubs are a vital force in universities and play an active role in promoting reading activities. This article takes the “One Sakura, One Thought, One Book, One Talk” cultural and creative works collection activity of Ocean University of China as an example to analyze the key links of brand building, such as planning, implementation, and promotion of the activity.
