%X 近年来&#65292;我国社会经济、文化形态、价值观等正在发生深刻变化&#65292;人民心理健康问题也日益复杂。因此&#65292;青少年心理健康教育工作变得越来越困难&#65292;中小学心理健康教育工作也面临一系列现实问题。本论文旨在分析新时代中小学生心理健康教育工作存在的问题与困境&#65292;提出可行的对策和改进建议&#65292;为推动学生全面发展、改善学校心理健康教育质量贡献一份力量。<br>In recent years, China has been experiencing profound transformations in its socio-economic conditions, cultural patterns, and value systems, which have led to increasingly complex mental health issues among the populace. As a result, mental health education for adolescents has become more challenging, and mental health education in primary and secondary schools faces a myriad of practical issues. This paper aims to dissect the existing problems and predicaments in mental health education for students in the new era and to propose viable strategies and recommendations for improvement. The goal is to contribute to the holistic development of students and to enhance the quality of mental health education in schools.
