%X 在全球企业数字化转型的浪潮中，企业服务数字化已成为提升企业竞争力和运营效率的关键。本文基于CiteSpace软件，对国内外企业服务数字化的研究进行了可视化分析，揭示了该领域的研究热点、发展脉络及未来趋势。研究发现，国内外研究在时间脉络上虽节奏相近，但在研究侧重点与发展轨迹上各具特性。国内研究从理论探索稳步迈向实践深耕，而国外研究则凭借技术先发优势与创新传统，引领技术前沿与理论突破。本文提出了几点建议，包括技术驱动创新升级、人才夯实发展根基和数据强化管理保障，以推动企业服务数字化的持续发展。
In the wave of global enterprise digital transformation, the digitalization of enterprise services has become the key to enhancing enterprise competitiveness and operational efficiency. This paper uses CiteSpace software to conduct a visual analysis of domestic and foreign research on the digitalization of enterprise services, revealing the research hotspots, development context, and future trends in this field. The study found that although domestic and foreign researches have a similar rhythm in the timeline, they each have their own characteristics in research focus and development trajectory. Domestic research has steadily moved from theoretical exploration to practical deepening, while foreign research, with its technological first-mover advantage and innovative tradition, leads the forefront of technology and theoretical breakthroughs. The paper proposes several suggestions, including technology-driven innovation upgrades, talent solidifying development foundations, and data strengthening management guarantees, to promote the continuous development of enterprise service digitalization.
