The Mechanism and Path of Empowering the Formation of New Productive Forces through Digital Infrastructure—An Analysis Based on Literature Review %A 刘丁冉 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 241-250 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.142517 %X 随着数字技术的迅猛发展，数字基础设施赋能新质生产力作用日益凸显。本研究聚焦梳理相关文献，深入剖析数字基础设施对新质生产力的赋能机理与实践路径。经综合分析，明确了数字基础设施和新质生产力的内涵和测度情况，指出数字基础设施作为新质生产力发展的重要支撑，凭借其强大的数据处理、信息传输与智能交互能力，从驱动技术创新、优化资源配置、助推产业升级、培养吸引人才等多维度赋能新质生产力。同时，总结出强化数字基础设施建设、推动数字技术应用与融合、促进产业数字化转型、加强数字人才培养与引进以及优化数字经济生态系统等关键赋能路径。现有研究在理论与实践层面多有涉猎，但在量化评估、动态性研究、区域差异考量、多因素协同研究等方面存在欠缺，未来应在加强量化实证、关注动态变化、细化区域差异、深化多因素协同等方面深化拓展研究。
With the rapid development of digital technologies, the role of digital infrastructure in empowering new productive forces has become increasingly prominent. This study focuses on combing relevant literature to deeply analyze the empowering mechanism and practical paths of digital infrastructure on new productive forces. Through comprehensive analysis, the concept, the connotations and measurement situations of digital infrastructure and new quality productive forces have been clarified. It is pointed out that digital infrastructure, as an important support for the development of new quality productive forces, empowers new quality productive forces in multiple dimensions, such as driving technological innovation, optimizing resource allocation, facilitating industrial upgrading and cultivating and attracting talents, by virtue of its powerful capabilities in data processing, information transmission and intelligent interaction. Meanwhile, key empowering paths such as strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure, promoting the application and integration of digital technologies, facilitating the digital transformation of industries, strengthening the cultivation and introduction of digital talents, and optimizing the digital economy ecosystem are summarized. Existing studies have covered many aspects at the theoretical and practical levels, but there are deficiencies in quantitative assessment, dynamic research, consideration of regional differences, and collaborative research of multiple factors. Looking ahead, research should be deepened and expanded in aspects such as strengthening quantitative empirical research, paying attention to dynamic changes, refining regional differences, and deepening the synergy of multiple factors. %K 数字基础设施， %K 新质生产力， %K 数字经济， %K 创新驱动
