Research and Practice on Ideological and Political Education and Mental Health Education for Postgraduates under the Background of “Five-Sphere Integrated Education” %A 毛璐熙 %A 马家惠 %A 李怡岚 %A 张安琪 %A 邢大鹏 %A 王景信 %J Advances in Education %P 176-181 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2025.152224 %X 随着我国高等教育发展的日益完善，高学历人才培养数量日益增长，社会对高校研究生群体的期望值逐渐增高。学生成长环境不断变化，面对高强度的科研学习和激烈的社会竞争，高校研究生群体承受的压力也随之增长。近年来，研究生面对学业压力、就业压力、家庭压力和情感压力等处理不当可能引起的心理健康问题日益突出。由于心理问题而休学、终止学业，甚至自杀等极端行为也引起了社会各界的广泛关注。教育部等十七部门关于印发《全面加强和改进新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划(2023~2025年)》中提出，促进学生身心健康、全面发展，是党中央关心、人民群众关切、社会关注的重大课题。根据《2021年全国研究生招生调查报告》显示近10年来，硕士研究生招生规模年均增幅达6%，博士研究生增幅达5.5%，高校研究生数量不断增加，个体的多样性也进一步增大，因此重视研究生培养过程中的心理健康教育刻不容缓。
As the development of China’s higher education is becoming more and more perfect, the number of highly educated talents cultivation is increasing, and the social expectations of the postgraduate groups in colleges and universities are gradually increasing. The growing environment of students is constantly changing, and the pressure on graduate student groups in colleges and universities grows in the face of high-intensity scientific research and study and fierce social competition. In recent years, the mental health problems that may be caused by improper handling of academic pressure, employment pressure, family pressure and emotional pressure by graduate students have become increasingly prominent. Extreme behaviors such as taking a leave of absence, termination of studies, or even suicide due to psychological problems have also attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society. The Ministry of Education and other seventeen departments on the issuance of “comprehensively strengthen and improve the work of the new era of student mental health special action plan (2023~2025)”, proposed to promote the physical and mental health of students, the overall development of students, is the Party Central Committee care, the people’s concern, the community is concerned about a major topic. According to the 2021 National Graduate Student Enrollment Survey Report, over the past 10 years, the average annual increase in the enrollment scale of master’s degree students has reached 6%, and the increase in doctoral students has reached 5.5%, the number of graduate students in colleges and universities has been increasing, and the diversity of individuals has further increased, so it is urgent to pay attention to the mental health education in the cultivation process of graduate students. %K 五育并举， %K 研究生教育， %K 心理健康教育
