The Path to Value Creation through Green Transformation of Fiberglass Enterprises under Resource Orchestration—Taking China Jushi as an Example %A 左鑫 %J Journal of Low Carbon Economy %P 7-14 %@ 2324-7932 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jlce.2025.141002 %X “十四五”规划下,玻璃纤维作为战略性新材料产业重要组成部分,涉及国民经济各个领域。基于此,本文以中国巨石为例,从资源编排视角,按照“驱动因素–资源行为–价值创造”的逻辑思路深入剖析玻纤企业绿色转型过程。研究结果表明:(1) 随着企业绿色转型的进程不断深入,其主导驱动因素会发生转变,从满足“合法合规性”到追求“战略主动性”;(2) 不同绿色转型阶段企业价值创造的资源编排方式存在差异性,并且呈现出层层递进的特征。综上,本文为玻纤企业绿色转型实现价值创造提供一定参考。
Under the “14th Five-Year Plan”, glass fiber, as an important component of the strategic new material industry, is involved in all areas of the national economy. Based on this, this paper takes China Jushi as an example, and deeply analyzes the green transformation process of fiberglass enterprises from the perspective of resource orchestration, following the logical thinking of “driving factors-resource behavior-value creation”. The research results show: (1) As the process of corporate green transformation continues to deepen, its dominant driving factors will change, from meeting “legal compliance” to pursuing “strategic proactivity”; (2) There are differences in the way enterprises create value through resource orchestration at different stages of green transformation, and they show a progressive characteristic. In summary, this paper provides certain references for the green transformation of fiberglass enterprises to achieve value creation. %K 绿色转型, %K 价值创造, %K 玻纤企业, %K 资源编排
