Current Situation Analysis and Development Strategy Research of Digital Museum in China under the Background of Internet %A 唐钦芸 %J Operations Research and Fuzziology %P 1-6 %@ 2163-1530 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/orf.2025.151001 %X 在互联网技术迅猛发展的背景下，传统实体博物馆已难以满足公众对于博物馆体验的多元化需求。因此，积极发展数字博物馆已成为博物馆转型升级的必然趋势。但国内数字博物馆似乎普遍存在浏览量低、用户体验差等问题，导致更深层次地产生其对公众的影响力弱的问题。针对这些问题，本文采用调研法与半结构化访谈法，对数字博物馆的访问量、用户互动性及体验进行了系统分析，提出拓宽传播渠道、完善博物馆数字化产品设计提升服务体验以及强化与青少年教育的整合等策略，改善我国数字博物馆的发展现状，以及提升大众对传统文化数字化的认知，加深我国数字博物馆向大众传播中华文化的影响力，承担起向大众提供知识服务的重要角色。同时，本文亦指出研究在数据收集和样本选择上的局限性，并建议未来研究需扩大样本量，深化分析，以期为数字博物馆的可持续发展提供更为全面和科学的建议。
Under the background of the rapid development of Internet technology, traditional physical museums have been unable to meet the diversified needs of the public for museum experience. Therefore, the active development of digital museums has become an inevitable trend of museum transformation and upgrading. However, it seems that domestic digital museums generally have problems such as low page views and poor user experience, which leads to a deeper problem of weak influence on the public. In view of these problems, this paper adopts the method of investigation and semi-structured interview to systematically analyze the visits, user interaction and experience of digital museums, and proposes strategies to improve the development status of digital museums in China, including broadening communication channels, improving museum digital product design, enhancing service experience, and strengthening integration with youth education. And enhance the public’s awareness of traditional culture digitization, deepen the influence of China’s digital museum to spread Chinese culture to the public, and assume the important role of providing knowledge services to the public. At the same time, this paper also points out the limitations of the study in data collection and sample selection, and suggests that future studies should expand the sample size and deepen the analysis, so as to provide more comprehensive and scientific suggestions for the sustainable development of digital museums. %K 互联网， %K 博物馆， %K 数字博物馆， %K 浏览量
