%X 目的：通过对一例完整的京骨穴透涌泉穴治疗颈型颈椎病的病案报道以及文献复习，为临床对颈型颈椎病的治疗提供一些参考，为临床实践者更好地利用针灸治疗提供一些资料，为患者减轻医疗费用负担。方法：通过文献资料法获得研究所需资料，报道一例完整的京骨穴透涌泉穴治疗颈型颈椎病的病案。结果：经过精准的诊断和积极的治疗后，该患者颈肩疼痛得到明显缓解，一个疗程结束时，患者VAS评分为1分，颈椎功能障碍指数以及颈椎病疗效评分明显好转。回访患者至今未复发。结论：京骨穴透涌泉穴的针刺治疗可明显改善颈型颈椎病患者的颈椎关节疼痛以及功能。
Purpose: To provide some reference for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis by reporting a complete case and the review of the literature of treating cervical spondylosis by acupuncture from Jinggu Point through Yongquan point, and to provide some information for clinical practitioners to make better use of acupuncture treatment, so as to reduce the burden of medical expenses for patients. Method: Research information has been obtained through the literature material law and reported a complete case of treating cervical spondylosis by acupuncture from Jinggu Point through Yongquan point. Result: After accurate diagnosis and aggressive treatment, the patient’s neck and shoulder pain was significantly relieved. At the end of one session, the patient’s VAS score was 1, and the cervical vertebra dysfunction index and cervical spondylosis efficacy score were significantly improved, and return visit patients had not yet returned. Conclusion: Acupuncture at Jinggu point through Yongquan point can significantly improve the function of cervical joint and pain in patients with cervical spondylosis.
