This paper conducts an in-depth study of the thrust characteristics of the thrust chamber through numerical simulation and experimental research. It analyzes the relationship between thrust and parameters such as the diameter and geometry of the thrust chamber, and carries out optimization design to provide a theoretical foundation for enhancing thrust and improving energy conversion efficiency. A mathematical model for energy loss in the thrust chamber is established. Optimization goals and constraints are set, and an optimization design is performed to derive the design principles and methods for the structure parameters of the thrust chamber.
