Environmental nutrition, as an emerging discipline, plays an important role in achieving human health and sustainable development. This article summarizes the latest research progress in the field of environmental nutrition, systematically reviews the research results related to environmental nutrition, such as food production technology and management improvement, food loss and waste management, and changes in dietary habits and consumption patterns.
