%X 随着ChatGPT在海内外爆火,国内大型互联网公司与独角兽企业都在研发自己的生成式人工智能,电商行业积极拥抱生成式AI,电商平台与生成式AI服务提供商探索电商与生成式AI的无数可能,根据商品销售流程分析生成式AI的具体应用场景,涉及文图生成、虚拟数字人、智能客服等等。生成式AI与电商行业的融合,产生的著作权风险包括AIGC的版权性危机与生成阶段侵权风险,探索出以电商平台为中心,规范生成式AI服务提供商行为的规范路径,使电商行业在新兴技术冲击下健康发展。
With the global popularity of ChatGPT, major Chinese internet companies and unicorn enterprises are developing their own generative artificial intelligence, and e-commerce companies are actively embracing generative AI. E-commerce platforms and generative AI service providers are exploring countless possibilities of integrating generative AI into e-commerce, analyzing specific application scenarios of generative AI based on the sales process of goods, including texts and images generation, virtual digital people, intelligent customer service, etc. The integration of generative AI and e-commerce industry brings copyright risks, including the crisis of AIGC copyrightability and the risk of infringement during the generation process. Exploring a normative path centered on e-commerce platforms to regulate the behavior of generative AI service providers can help the e-commerce industry develop healthily in the face of the impact of emerging technologies.
