Exploration and Reform of Experimental Teaching Oriented by Interdisciplinary Innovative Talents %A 魏青 %A 赵璐 %A 刘树仁 %A 饶桂维 %A 都韶婷 %J Advances in Education %P 1332-1337 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2025.151185 %X 随着社会的发展,高校的人才培养模式显得愈发重要,培养具有学科交叉能力的创新型人才既是学生自身向上向好的需求也是社会发展的趋势。本文分析了培养交叉创新型人才的紧迫性及必要性,阐述了高校交叉创新型人才培养中实验教学存在的问题,以涉化、生、医专业为主体,多专业组班,打造多学科交叉融合、跨界协作的人才培养平台,同时将创新能力的培养贯穿于学生发展的全过程,搭建全校性质的化学与生物基础实验教学中心,激发学生主观能力性的同时也极大地优化了学校的资源。
With the development of society, the talent training mode in universities has become increasingly important. Cultivating innovative talents with interdisciplinary capabilities is not only a demand for students’ personal growth but also a trend in societal development. This paper analyzes the urgency and necessity of cultivating interdisciplinary innovative talents, and discusses the challenges faced in experimental teaching within this context. Taking chemistry, biology, and medical-related disciplines as examples, this study explores a model that integrates multiple disciplines and fosters cross-boundary collaboration by forming multi-disciplinary classes. The focus is on creating a platform that emphasizes interdisciplinary integration while embedding the cultivation of innovative abilities throughout the entire developmental process of students. Additionally, the paper proposes the establishment of a university-wide Chemistry and Biology Teaching Center, which not only stimulates students’ initiative but also optimizes the allocation of university resources. %K 学科交叉, %K 创新人才, %K 培养模式
