Although it has been shown that the combination therapy can significantly improve cognitive function and is mostly more effective than monotherapy, individual differences may have an impact on the effectiveness of the treatment. Therefore, in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness and safety of therapeutic programs, we explored the application of transcranial direct current combined cognitive training in the field of cognitive disorders and mental disorders, and summarized the effects of current intensity and electrode position, training program and training content, subject characteristics, and assessment methods on its efficacy, with a view to providing reference and reference for the further development of transcranial direct current combined cognitive training.
