%X 稀土产业在现代工业中占据重要地位&#65292;中国是稀土大国&#65292;专利数量优势明显。本研究以地级市为单位&#65292;筛选出30个稀土专利数量排名较前的区域&#65292;分析其专利质量。结果显示&#65292;专利数量与质量不完全等同&#65292;且区域间差异显著&#65292;泰尔系数分析表明不同区域间专利质量差异大。研究成果对技术竞争力评估、经济利益评估、政策制定、地区合作与竞争、环境保护与可持续发展、学术研究与教育等方面具有重要意义。<br>The rare earth industry occupies an important position in modern industry. China is a major country in rare earths and has an obvious advantage in the number of patents. This study takes prefecture-level cities as the unit, screens out 30 regions with relatively high rankings in the number of rare earth patents, and analyzes the patent quality of these regions. The results show that the number of patents is not completely equivalent to the quality, and there are significant differences among regions. The Theil coefficient analysis indicates that there are large differences in patent quality among different regions. The research results are of great significance in terms of technology competitiveness assessment, economic benefit assessment, policy formulation, regional cooperation and competition, environmental protection and sustainable development, academic research and education.
