%X 目的:探讨6种杀孢子剂的消毒效力,为车间洁净区杀孢子剂的选择提供依据,以提高洁净区的消毒效果。方法:采用中和剂验证实验测定6种杀孢子剂相应中和剂的中和效果,然后对人工污染4种微生物的洁净区表面进行消毒实验,以确认6种杀孢子剂的消毒效力。结果:实验选取的中和剂对6种杀孢子剂有良好的中和作用,中和剂、中和产物对受试菌株及培养基无明显影响。6种杀孢子剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌(环境分离株)、枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种、白色念珠菌均具有大于3个Log值的杀灭能力,能够满足洁净区消毒效果的要求。结论:6种杀孢子剂的消毒效果均符合标准规定,可用于洁净区的表面消毒灭菌。
Objective: To study the disinfection efficacy of six sporicidal agents, providing a basis for the selection of sporicidal agents in workshops clean areas, in order to improve the disinfection effect of clean areas. Methods: The identification test was carried out to detect the neutralizing effect of six sporicidal agents’ neutralization reagents. Disinfection experiments were conducted on the surfaces of clean areas contaminated with four types of microorganisms to confirm the disinfection efficacy of six sporicidal agents. Results: All the used neutralization reagents have good performance in the test. The neutralizing agent and neutralizing product have no obvious effect on the tested strain and culture medium. Six sporicidal agents have a killing ability of more than 3 log values against Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus (environmental isolates), Bacillus subtilis var. niger, and Candida albicans, which can meet the requirements of disinfection effectiveness in clean areas. Conclusion: Six sporicidal agents had good performance in killing test and met the related requirements, which could be used to sterilize the surface of clean rooms.
