%X 高考是一种大型的、全国性的选拔考试，是中学教育中最重要的组成部分，也是最能体现学生学习能力的一种方式。但是，高考的结果并不完全依赖于考生自身的能力，它还受试卷质量、考场环境以及考生的心理状态等诸多因素的影响。高考是国家教育改革的“指挥棒”，它的命题质量一直是人们关心的问题。因此，有必要对全国高考英语命题质量进行分析和评价。本文基于Bachman和Palmer提出的“有效性”框架，对2023年高考英语新课标I卷的命题质量进行全面分析，并针对其中存在的问题提出相应建议，以期为今后的高考英语试题命制及中学英语教学工作提供一定的参考。
The college entrance examination is a large-scale, nationwide selection test, is the most important part of middle and high school education, and a way of reflecting students’ learning ability. However, the results of the college entrance examination do not depend entirely on the students’ own ability, but also affected by the quality of the paper, the test environment and the psychological state of the students and many other factors. The college entrance examination is the “baton” of national education reform, and its quality has always been a matter of concern. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the English test-designed quality of the national college entrance examination. Based on the “Test Usefulness” framework proposed by Bachman and Palmer, this paper comprehensively analyzes the quality of the New English Curriculum Standard Paper I in the 2023 College Entrance Examination, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the existing problems, with a view to providing certain references for the future English examination test designed and English teaching.
