The Relationship of Middle School Students’ Family Intimacy and Adaptability on Sense of Meaning in Life: The Mediating Effect of Psychological Resilience and the Moderating Effect of Perceived Social Support %A 史晨柠 %A 杨硕 %J Advances in Psychology %P 172-181 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2025.151022 %X 目的:探讨初中生家庭亲密度和适应性与生命意义感的关系及心理韧性的中介作用和领悟社会支持的调节作用。方法:采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表、心理韧性量表、领悟社会支持量表和生命意义感量表对山东省853名初中生进行问卷调查。结果:家庭亲密度和适应性正向预测生命意义感(β = 0.35, t=6.03, p < 0.001),亦正向预测心理韧性(β = 0.35, t = 14.03, p < 0.001);心理韧性正向预测生命意义感(β = 0.58, t = 8.12, p < 0.001);领悟社会支持与家庭亲密度和适应性的交互项对心理韧性(β = 0.09, t = 6.44, p < 0.001)的预测作用显著。结论:家庭亲密度和适应性不仅可以直接影响生命意义感,还可以通过心理韧性间接影响生命意义感;领悟社会支持在家庭亲密度和适应性和心理韧性之间具有调节作用。
Objective: To explore the relationship of middle school students’ family intimacy and adaptability on sense of meaning in life, the mediating effect of psychological resilience and the moderating effect of perceived social support. Methods: 853 middle school students in Shandong Province were investigated by the Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale, the Psychological Resilience Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale and the Sense of Meaning in Life Scale. Results: Family intimacy and adaptability positively predicted sense of meaning in life (β = 0.35, t = 6.03, p < 0.001) and psychological resilience (β = 0.35, t = 14.03, p < 0.001); Psychological resilience positively predicted sense of meaning in life (β = 0.58, t = 8.12, p < 0.001); The interaction items of family intimacy and adaptability and perceived social support had significant effects on the prediction of psychological resilience (β = 0.09, t = 6.44, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Family intimacy and adaptability can not only directly affect sense of meaning in life, but also indirectly affect psychological resilience.
