Ideological and political education is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. Coordinating and promoting the integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture into ideological and political education in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools is necessary for educating students with cultural, literary, and soul building ideas based on the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is also necessary to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education and help students grow up healthily. From the perspective of integration, how to effectively integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture, especially Confucianism, into the modern ideological and political curriculum system and its profound value implications.
