%X 机器学习基本理论是本科高年级或研究生一年级的课程&#65292;为学生深入机器学习领域的研究提供了理论基础。本文主要依据机器学习课程特点&#65292;结合教学过程中的教学经验&#65292;分析了该课程在教学中存在的问题&#65292;并从教学内容的安排、教学理念的改进、教学方法的改革等几方面对该门课程的教学改革进行研究&#65292;采用自主学习、探究式教学以及运用现代教育技术教学等教学模式&#65292;以求达到突出学生主体性、提高课程教学质量的目的。<br>The Basic Theory of Machine Learning is a foundational course for first-year graduate students, providing a theoretical foundation for students to delve into the field of machine learning research. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of machine learning courses based on their characteristics and teaching experience. It also studies the teaching reform of this course from the aspects of arranging teaching content, improving teaching concepts, and reforming teaching methods. The teaching modes adopted include self-directed learning, inquiry based teaching, and the use of modern educational technology, in order to highlight student subjectivity and improve the quality of course teaching.
