Analysis and Base Planning of Hainan “Migratory Bird-Style” Senior Care Residence Based on Multi-Source Data %A 刘宇 %A 赵子鹏 %J Statistics and Applications %P 202-214 %@ 2325-226X %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/sa.2025.141020 %X 随着时代的发展，“候鸟式”养老旅居受到了越来越多的关注。海南岛作为“候鸟式”养老旅居的主要目的地，近年来出现了一系列社会问题，制约了旅居产业的发展，海南岛“候鸟式”养老旅居产业发展迎来机遇与挑战。随着海南岛自贸港政策的不断落地，以政府为主导划定养老服务区促进海南岛养老产业发展的意义至关重要。本文以海南岛为研究区，利用多元数据、借助地理信息系统与遥感技术，从时空分布、旅居分析、基地规划三个方面对海南岛养老产业发展问题进行研究，得出以下结论：“候鸟式”养老旅居人群主要来自东北及长江中上游地区，在每年10月至次年3月去往海南岛沿海地区进行康养，影响他们在目的地进行定居的主要因素为较高的人体舒适度、美丽的滨海风光以及完善的运动设施。针对养老旅居人群的偏好，在海南岛沿海14个市县规划出滨海康养、体育康养、购物康养、医疗康养、民俗康养、科技康养六个康养功能区，并对基地发展给出对策。
With the development of the time, the “migratory bird-style” senior care residence has received more attention. Hainan, the main destination of “migratory bird-style” senior living sojourn, has experienced a series of social problems in recent years, restricting the development of the sojourn industry. With the continuous implementation of the Hainan Free Trade Port policy, the government-led delineation of elderly care service areas to promote the development of the elderly care industry in Hainan Island is of great significance. Taking Hainan as the research example, this paper studies the development of the elderly care industry in Hainan from three aspects: time and space distribution, sojourn analysis, and base planning with the help of multivariate data, geographic information system and remote sensing technology, we can draw the following conclusions: The “migratory bird-style” senior people mainly come from the northeast area of China and the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. They go to the coastal areas of Hainan from October to March each year for health care. The main factor affecting their settlement in the destination is better human comfort, temperature, beautiful coastal scenery and thorough sports facilities. According to the preference of the elderly living people, six health care functional areas have been planned in 14 cities and counties along the coast of Hainan, namely coastal, sports, shopping, medical, folk-custom, and technology, the study will give countermeasures. %K “ %K 候鸟式” %K 养老， %K 多源数据， %K 时空分布格局， %K 旅居要素分析， %K 基地规划
