The equilibrium of the human microbiota community plays a pivotal role in maintaining health, and its perturbation exhibits a profound correlation with the aging process. The aging process is often accompanied by changes in the composition and function of the microbiota, triggering chronic inflammation in the body, which in turn affects the immune system and accelerates the occurrence and development of aging and related systemic diseases. In recent years, with the help of advanced molecular biology techniques, research in this field has been continuously deepening, and intervention measures such as probiotics, prebiotics, and fecal microbiota transplantation have also shown certain potential. However, challenges still remain in terms of precise intervention strategies, long-term effect evaluation, and safety assurance. More research needs to be carried out in the future to contribute to the achievement of the goal of healthy aging. %K 人体微生物群, %K 衰老, %K 微生物组, %K 系统性疾病
