%X 黑龙江省作为中国重要的边境省份，在国家经济中扮演着重要角色。然而，面对经济全球化和国内外市场的激烈竞争，黑龙江省亟需转型升级，实现高质量发展。旨在分析在新质生产力背景下，黑龙江省实现高质量发展所面临的挑战，并提出相应的应对策略。通过研究结果表明，黑龙江省要实现高质量发展，必须在新质生产力的推动下，采取有效的策略解决当前面临的挑战。不仅对黑龙江省的经济发展具有重要意义，也对国家的区域均衡发展具有战略价值。通过实施这些策略，黑龙江省有望在激烈的市场竞争中实现转型升级，促进经济的高质量发展。
Heilongjiang Province, as an important border province of China, plays a significant role in the national economy. However, facing economic globalization and fierce competition in domestic and international markets, Heilongjiang Province urgently needs to transform and upgrade to achieve high-quality development. This paper aims to analyze the challenges that Heilongjiang Province faces in achieving high-quality development under the background of new productive forces and to propose corresponding strategies. The research results indicate that to achieve high-quality development, Heilongjiang Province must adopt effective strategies to address current challenges under the impetus of new productive forces. This is not only of great significance to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province but also has strategic value for the country’s regional balanced development. By implementing these strategies, Heilongjiang Province is expected to realize transformation and upgrading in the fierce market competition and promote high-quality economic development.
