In the crucial period of rural revitalization, the quality of talents is crucial. Discussing the quality requirements for rural revitalization talents from the perspective of corporate social responsibility has practical significance. This study takes the “Oil Seedling Plan” of China Petroleum as an example, which is initiated by the group company and aims at college graduates in the Xinjiang assisted areas. It carries out a cooperative training program with Karamay Vocational Technical College. By combining theoretical learning with internships, the plan cultivates professionals in oil and gas storage and transportation. The analysis finds that the plan demonstrates corporate social responsibility in meeting the local demand for skilled talents, promoting educational equity and equal employment opportunities, and advancing rural economic development. Based on this, the study summarizes that rural revitalization talents should possess professional skills, a sense of corporate social responsibility, and comprehensive qualities. At the same time, it provides insights and suggestions for the training model of rural revitalization talents and the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, emphasizing the importance of industry-education integration and offers references for the cultivation of rural revitalization talents. %K 社会责任, %K 乡村振兴, %K 人才素质, %K 油苗计划
