%X 椎动脉型颈椎病是颈椎病当中的一种常见类型&#65292;由于现代生活方式的改变&#65292;椎动脉型颈椎病的发病率较前升高&#65292;且容易反复发作。近年来&#65292;越来越多的研究证实针刺疗法在椎动脉型颈椎病中疗效确切。本文综述了近十年针刺疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床机制研究文献&#65292;发现针刺主要是通过改善颈部血流状态和血管内皮功能、降低血液粘滞性和降低炎性因子水平、恢复颈椎生理曲度等方面发挥治疗作用&#65292;进一步分析了目前该领域存在的不足&#65292;旨在为未来的针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供更多的研究方向和策略。<br>Vertebrobasilar type of cervical spondylosis is a common type of cervical spondylosis, and its incidence has increased due to the change of modern lifestyle. Vertebrobasilar type of cervical spondylosis is prone to recurrence. In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed that acupuncture therapy has definite therapeutic effects in vertebrobasilar type of cervical spondylosis. This review summarizes the clinical mechanism research literature on acupuncture therapy for vertebrobasilar type of cervical spondylosis in the past ten years, and found that acupuncture mainly plays a therapeutic role by improving the blood flow state and endothelial function of the neck vessels, reducing blood viscosity, and lowering the level of inflammatory factors, and restoring the physiological curvature of the cervical spine. Furthermore, the current field's shortcomings are analyzed, aiming to provide more research directions and strategies for future acupuncture treatment of vertebrobasilar type of cervical spondylosis.
