%X 蛋白尿是临床肾脏疾病常见的症状，具有起病隐匿、病程反复的特点。本病可因脏腑功能失调、湿邪、瘀血导致，病机以脾肾两虚为主。本文从“阴阳之要，阳密乃固”角度讨论蛋白尿的治疗，为临床治疗归纳宝贵经验，力求找到更切合临床实际治疗蛋白尿的方法。
Proteinuria is a common symptom of clinical kidney disease, which has the characteristics of insidious onset and repeated course of disease. This disease can be caused by dysfunction of zang-fu organs, dampness and blood stasis, and the pathogenesis is mainly spleen and kidney deficiency. This paper discusses the treatment of proteinuria from the perspective of “Yin and Yang are essential, and Yang density is solid” summarizes valuable experience for clinical treatment, and strives to find a more practical method for clinical treatment of proteinuria.
