%X 完善农地经营权抵押贷款市场能够有效缓解农村地区金融抑制问题。基于Z市H镇的调查&#65292;文章归纳出当前农地经营权抵押贷款市场成长的障碍主要包括经营主体对市场的了解程度不够、贷款的需求不足和贷款供给意愿不强。为此&#65292;从加大农地经营权抵押贷款市场成长的支持力度、完善农地经营权抵押贷款的供给体系、激发农地经营权抵押贷款的需求三个方面提出了突破农地经营权抵押贷款市场成长障碍的策略。<br>Improving the mortgage loan market for agricultural land management rights can effectively alleviate the problem of financial repression in rural areas. Based on the investigation of H village Z city, the article summarizes that the obstacles to the growth of the current agricultural land management right mortgage loan market mainly include insufficient understanding of the market by operating entities, inadequate demand for loans, and weak willingness to provide loans. Therefore, strategies have been proposed to break through the obstacles to the growth of the agricultural land management right mortgage loan market from three aspects: increasing support for the growth of the market, improving the supply system of agricultural land management right mortgage loans, and stimulating the demand for agricultural land management right mortgage loans.
