%X 目的:运用CiteSpace分析近20年归脾汤的研究情况、研究热点与前沿。方法:通过检索2000年1月~2023年12月中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据库)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)收录的归脾汤相关文献研究,应用NoteExpress3.6.0.9220软件合并并去重,应用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件统计文献的年发文量,共现图谱文献作者、研究机构、关键词,并进行关键词聚类分析及突现分析。结果:经过筛选后最终纳入文献836篇,发文量超过5篇的作者有钱会南、沈丽波、季颖、刘立。主要研究机构是北京中医药大学、广州中医药大学、中国中医科学院广安门医院、山东中医药大学。高频关键词有“失眠”“抑郁”“中医疗法”等。近3年突现关键词有“崩漏”“作用机制”“数据挖掘”等。结论:归脾汤关注于失眠、抑郁、心悸等双心疾病和肿瘤化疗围术期等免疫调节的作用机制研究,HPA轴、HPG轴、PP1/CREB和ERK1/2、p38 MAPK等信号通路是本领域的研究热点。
Objective: To analyze the research status, hotspot and frontier of Guipi decoction in the recent 20 years by using CiteSpace. Methods: By searching the literature related to Guipi decoction collected by CNKI, VIP, China Academic Journal Database (Wanfang Database) and China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) from January 2000 to December 2023, NoteExpress3.6.0.9220 software was used to merge and remove the data. Citespace6.1.R6 software was used to count the annual number of published documents, authors of literature on co-occurrence spectrum, research institutions and keywords, and keyword clustering analysis and emergence analysis. Results: After screening the final inclusion of literature 836 papers, the authors with more than 5 papers were Qian Huinan, Shen Libo, Ji Ying and Liu Li. The main research institutions are Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. High-frequency keywords are “insomnia”, “depression”, “traditional Chinese medicine therapy” and so on. In the past three years, the key words that have emerged are “collapse”, “mechanism of action”, “data mining” and so on. Conclusion: The study of the mechanism of action of Guipi decoction focuses on the bicardiac diseases such as insomnia, depression and palpitation and the immunomodulation during the perioperative period of tumor chemotherapy. The HPA axis, HPG axis, PP1/CREB, ERK1/2, p38 MAPK and other signaling pathways are the research hot spots in this field.
