%X 空巢老人和独居老人是促进实现健康老龄化不容忽视的群体之一。随着人口老龄化和城镇化的加剧&#65292;我国社区空巢老人的数量不断增多&#65292;养老问题日益严重&#65292;不仅影响空巢老人自身晚年的生活质量&#65292;还关乎社会稳定和国家发展。空巢老人在情感、身体、社交、自我实现等方面的需求被忽视&#65292;成因涉及传统的家庭关系思想、公共服务水平低下、养老体系不完善及社会经济状况等方面&#65292;需要多元主体共同努力&#65292;家庭社会社区三方协同关注&#65292;解决社区空巢老人的养老困境&#65292;共同营造尊老、敬老、爱老的社会氛围。<br>The empty nesters and the elderly living alone are one of the groups that can not be ignored to promote the realization of healthy aging. With the aging of the population and the intensification of urbanization, the number of empty nesters in Chinese communities is increasing, and the pension problem is becoming increasingly serious, which not only affects the quality of life of empty nesters themselves in their later years, but also relates to social stability and national development. The needs of empty nesters in terms of emotional, physical, social, and self-actualization are neglected, and the causes are related to traditional family relationship ideas, low level of public service, imperfect pension system, social and economic conditions, etc. It is necessary for multiple subjects to work together and for the three parties of family, society, and community to pay attention to solving the elderly care plight of empty nesters in the community and jointly create a social atmosphere of respect, honor, and love for the elderly.
