The Spatial Impact of Infrastructure Construction on Regional Economic Development in Chongqing—An Analysis Based on a Spatial Econometric Model %A 吴漫 %A 苏理云 %A 陈晓樱 %J Statistics and Applications %P 119-133 %@ 2325-226X %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/sa.2025.141013 %X 当前,我国经济发展的空间结构正在发生深刻变化,中心城市和城市群正在成为承载发展要素的主要空间形式,研究城市群内部空间经济联系具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。国家先后实施了京津冀协同发展、长江经济带发展和成渝地区双城经济圈建设等区域重大战略,为重庆城市基础设施高质量发展赋予了全新优势、创造了更为有利的条件。在此背景下,研究重庆市经济指标的空间分布及其关于基础建设的影响因素能够为重庆市协调发展提供更客观的现实结果,并为城市未来的发展提供参考。本文选择2010年至2020年重庆市38个区县数据研究基础设施建设对人均GDP的影响状况,实证分析了重庆市人均GDP的空间分布情况。在此基础上,选择了4个代表基础建设的指标进行拟合空间杜宾模型,结果显示:(1) 重庆市各区县人均GDP在全局范围内存在正空间相关性,空间分布的集聚特征主要为:重庆中部主城地区的人均GDP一直处于“高–高”型,重庆北部地区的人均GDP表现为“低–低”型,且中部地区人均GDP普遍为高增长型地区。(2) 对重庆市各区县人均GDP有重要影响的基础设施方面因素有:城镇化率、人口数量、卫生机构数量以及房屋建筑施工面积。其中,城镇化率对本地人均GDP起抑制作用;卫生机构数量对本地以及周围区县的人均GDP都有促进作用;人口数量对本地以及周围区县的人均GDP都有抑制作用;房屋建筑施工面积仅对本地人均GDP有推动作用,对其他区县作用不大。
At present, the spatial structure of China’s economic development is undergoing profound changes, and the central city and urban agglomeration are becoming the main spatial forms carrying the development elements, and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the spatial and economic relations within the urban agglomeration. The state has successively implemented major regional strategies such as the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, which have given new advantages and created more favorable conditions for the high-quality development of Chongqing’s urban infrastructure. In this context, the study of the spatial distribution of economic indicators and their influencing factors on infrastructure construction in Chongqing can provide more objective and realistic results for the coordinated development of Chongqing and provide a reference for the future development of Chongqing. This paper selects the data of 38 districts and counties in Chongqing from 2010 to 2020 to study the impact of infrastructure construction on per capita GDP, and empirically analyzes the spatial distribution of per capita GDP in Chongqing. On this basis, four indicators representing infrastructure construction were selected to fit the spatial Durbin model, and the results showed that: (1) There was a positive spatial correlation between the per capita GDP of each district and county in Chongqing on a global scale, and the agglomeration characteristics of spatial distribution were mainly as follows: the per capita GDP of the main urban area of central Chongqing has been in the “high-high” type, the per capita GDP of the northern region of %K 人均GDP, %K 空间分布, %K 基础设施建设, %K 空间杜宾模型
