Educational equity is the cornerstone of social progress, and home-school cooperation is an effective way to promote educational equity. The construction of a home-school cooperative education community is very important to realize the balanced distribution of educational resources and the equality of students’ development opportunities. However, there are many challenges in the practice of home-school cooperation, such as uneven participation of parents, poor communication between schools and families, deviation of parent-teacher education concepts, formalization of home-school education, and imperfect collaborative education mechanisms. Based on the perspective of educational equity, this paper proposes a series of strategies, including building a common vision, improving communication mechanisms, promoting parental involvement, providing professional support, and utilizing community resources to promote effective cooperation between home and school. Through these strategies, the aim is to build a more harmonious educational community, ensure that every student can grow and develop in a fair educational environment, and emphasize the joint responsibility of the education administration, schools, families, and communities in this process, calling on all parties to work together to contribute to the realization of educational equity.
