%X 对我国2010至2024年间医药电商领域的研究文献进行可视化分析，以揭示该领域的研究热点、发展趋势及潜在研究方向。通过中国知网获取相关文献数据，运用CiteSpace进行关键词频次、聚类及突现分析。医药电商领域的研究热点聚焦在医药电商的运营与实践、法规与服务等方面，包括网上药店的发展、零售药店的转型、消费者网络购药行为特征、药品安全监管及价格调控等议题。“互联网+”、“新零售”等成为新兴热点，反映了医药电商行业发展的多元化与深入化趋势。
This study aims to conduct a visual analysis of research literature in the field of pharmaceutical e-commerce in China from 2010 to 2024, with the goal of revealing research hotspots, development trends, and potential research directions in this domain. Relevant literature data were obtained from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and analyzed using CiteSpace for keyword frequency, clustering, and burst analysis. The research hotspots in the field of pharmaceutical e-commerce focused on its operations and practices, as well as regulations and services, including topics such as the development of online pharmacies, the transformation of retail pharmacies, characteristics of consumers’ online medication purchasing behavior, drug safety supervision, and price regulation. Emerging topics such as “Internet+” and “New Retail” indicate the diversification and deepening trends in the pharmaceutical e-commerce industry. The study reveals that research in the field of pharmaceutical e-commerce has shifted from early explorations of market and technology applications to more in-depth discussions on supply chain optimization and consumer behavior. Emerging topics like “Internet+” and “New Retail” suggest new directions for future research, reflecting the multi-faceted and intensifying development of the industry.
