Analysis of Grassroots Employee Turnover in the Context of Digital Networks—Taking “Q Chip Production Company” as an Example

%X 一个公司的发展多数依靠的就是员工,员工的离职也成为了一个公司发展过程中的绊脚石。近年来随着数字化网络的普及,信息壁垒减弱员工离职更为常见,本文选取Q芯片生产公司基层员工离职的问题为例,得出Q芯片生产公司人事专员员工为何离职的四个原因:1) 薪酬福利待遇较低;2) 公司发展路径受阻;3) 自身抗压能力较小;4) 网络背景下就业机会增加,就业信息获取便捷。最后对于上述问题提出以下四条建议:1) 制定多层次的薪酬福利待遇;2) 设定多渠道晋升机制;3) 设定与员工实际能力符合的业绩要求;4) 与社会发展形势结合,企业信息化利用网络信息技术优化内部用人系统。
Most of the development of a company depends on employees, and the departure of employees has become a stumbling block in the process of a company’s development. In recent years, with the popularization of digital networks, information barriers have weakened, and employee turnover is more common. This paper takes the resignation of grassroots employees of Q chip production company as an example, and obtains four reasons why the personnel specialist employees of Q chip production company resign: 1) The salary and benefits are low; 2) The company’s development path is blocked; 3) Its own ability to resist pressure is small; 4) Employment opportunities have increased in the context of the network, and employment information has been easily obtained. Finally, the following four suggestions are put forward for the above problems: 1) Formulate multi-level salary and benefits; 2) Set up a multi-channel promotion mechanism; 3) Set performance requirements that meet the actual ability of employees; 4) Combined with the social development situation, enterprise informatization uses network information technology to optimize the internal employment system.
