%X 乡村振兴以农村产业转型升级为关键支撑，而数字经济因高效益、多领域、强渗透的优势正成为乡村振兴的重要驱动。在新时代背景下，农村电商已成为推动农村经济高质量发展的核心产业基石，它有效衔接了农业、制造业与服务业，推动了农村产业的多元化发展趋势。鉴于此，农村电商便成为了实现乡村振兴战略的关键抓手。理清农村电商助推乡村振兴的时代价值与作用机制，并探究通过强化国家保障政策，彰显农村地方性发展特色。拓展新农人渠道，培育本土化的农村电商人才。提高农产品结构层次，探寻品质化农村电商道路的实践进路，从而为推动农村经济高质量发展、实现全面振兴提供必要参考。
Rural revitalization is supported by the transformation and upgrading of rural industries, and the digital economy is becoming an important driving force for rural revitalization due to its advantages of high efficiency, multi-field and strong penetration. Under the background of the new era, rural e-commerce has become the core industry cornerstone to promote the high-quality development of rural economy. It effectively connects agriculture, manufacturing and service industries, and promotes the diversified development trend of rural industries. In view of this, rural e-commerce has become the key to realize the strategy of rural revitalization. To clarify the era value and mechanism of rural e-commerce to promote rural revitalization, and to explore the local development characteristics of rural areas by strengthening national security policies, expand the channels of new farmers and cultivate localized rural e-commerce talents, improve the structural level of agricultural products and explore the quality of rural e-commerce roads, therefore, it provides the necessary reference for promoting the high-quality development of rural economy and realizing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
