%X 慢性心衰(CHF)是一种由多种原因引起的以心肌损害为主的心脏结构和功能异常，可引起心功能下降。以呼吸困难，运动耐力下降，肺循环、体循环淤血为特征。目前全球约有4千万患者患有心力衰竭，其发病的主要危险因素有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等。随着社会生活方式的改变，越来越多的人伴有以上风险因素，再加上我国人口老龄化加剧，心力衰竭的发病率呈持续上升的趋势。目前，西医对于慢性心衰的常规治疗多选用药物，如利尿剂、β受体阻断剂、血管扩张剂、强心剂等，对于治疗慢性心衰和控制病情均有较好的疗效，但存在患者的病情容易反复发作，药物治疗后的副作用明显，病人整体的生活质量下降等缺点。因此选取一种有效、安全的方法势在必行。本文就现代中西医治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展进行论述，为此病的防治提供参考。
Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a cardiac structural and functional abnormality mainly caused by myocardial damage due to various reasons, which can lead to a decline in cardiac function. Characterized by difficulty breathing, decreased exercise endurance, and pulmonary and systemic congestion. At present, there are about 40 million patients suffering from heart failure in the world, and the main risk factors of the disease are hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, etc. With the change of social life style, more and more people are accompanied by the above risk factors. In addition, the aging of the population in China is intensifying, and the incidence rate of heart failure continues to rise. At present, Western medicine often uses drugs for the routine treatment of chronic heart failure, such as diuretics, beta blockers, vasodilators, and cardiac stimulants, which have good therapeutic effects on treating chronic heart failure and controlling the condition. However, there are disadvantages such as the patient’s condition being prone to recurrence, significant side effects after drug treatment, and overall decline in the patient’s quality of life. Therefore, it is imperative to choose an effective and safe method. This article discusses the research progress of modern Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure, providing reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
