Effects of Exogenous Glutathione on Antioxidant System of Spring Wheat Seedlings under Salt Stress %A 张威 %A 张妮 %A 张磊 %A 张玉秀 %A 阎佩云 %J Hans Journal of Agricultural Sciences %P 112-120 %@ 2164-5523 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/hjas.2025.151014 %X 本研究以商麦1619为材料,在150 mmol/L NaCl盐胁迫模拟下设置了不同浓度外源谷胱甘肽(GSH)处理,以探究其对春小麦幼苗抗氧化系统的影响。结果显示,盐胁迫显著增加了幼苗叶片中过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,而不同浓度GSH处理能够显著降低这些指标,表明其对缓解盐胁迫诱导的过氧化损伤具有一定效果。在盐胁迫下,适当浓度的外源GSH能有效提升幼苗的抗氧化能力,但过高浓度可能产生逆效应。因此,为最大化其益处,生产实践中应施加合适浓度的外源GSH,以增强小麦幼苗对盐胁迫的适应能力和生长表现。
In this study, we used Shangmai 1619 as the material and set up different concentrations of exogenous glutathione (GSH) treatment under 150 mmol/L NaCl salt stress simulation to explore its effect on the antioxidant system of spring wheat seedlings. The results showed that salt stress significantly increased the contents of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in seedling leaves, and different concentrations of GSH treatment could significantly reduce these indicators, indicating that it had a certain effect on alleviating peroxidation damage induced by salt stress. Appropriate concentrations of exogenous GSH could effectively improve the antioxidant capacity of seedlings under salt stress, but excessive concentrations might have adverse effects. Therefore, in order to maximize its benefits, appropriate concentrations of exogenous GSH should be applied in production practices to enhance the adaptability and growth performance of wheat seedlings to salt stress. %K 谷胱甘肽, %K 盐胁迫, %K 小麦幼苗, %K 抗氧化酶, %K 活性氧清除系统
