The art of bone carving refers to the craft form of carving animal bones as raw materials, which carries certain cultural connotation. This paper expounds the historical background and production process of bone carving art, takes the bone carving art workshop of Xilinhot No. 6 Middle School as an example, discusses its specific application in art teaching, puts forward countermeasures for optimization and development, and provides reference for the implementation of traditional culture in art teaching. It helps to protect and inherit traditional arts and crafts and train students.
