Research on the Empowerment of Agricultural Product E-Commerce Industry Development by Artificial Intelligence Generated Content %A 刘厚与 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 1413-1418 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.141175 %X 我国农产品电商产业市场规模持续扩大,但同时也面临着用户体验不足、运营成本高及供应链效率低等挑战。为应对这些挑战,本文深入探索了生成式人工智能(AIGC)技术在农产品电商产业中的应用,并提出解决方案。AIGC技术凭借智能推荐系统、智能客服、智能质检及供应链管理优化等手段,显著提升了用户满意度和体验,保障了产品质量,实现了库存与物流的高效管理,从而有效降低了运营成本。然而,AIGC技术的应用也伴随着数据隐私与安全、算法偏见及农产品特性与市场需求不匹配等风险。针对这些风险,本文为农产品电商企业提出了应对策略,希望可以为农产品电商企业利用AIGC技术应对挑战、推动产业高质量、可持续发展提供有益借鉴和启示。
The market size of China’s agricultural product e-commerce industry continues to expand, but it also faces challenges such as inadequate user experience, high operating costs, and inefficient supply chains. To address these challenges, this paper deeply explores the application of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) technology in the agricultural product e-commerce industry and proposes solutions. Through intelligent recommendation systems, smart customer service, intelligent quality inspection, and supply chain management optimization, AIGC technology significantly enhances user satisfaction and experience, ensures product quality, and achieves efficient inventory and logistics management, thereby effectively reducing operating costs. However, the application of AIGC technology is also accompanied by risks such as data privacy and security, algorithmic bias, and mismatch between agricultural product characteristics and market demand. In response to these risks, this paper provides countermeasures for agricultural product e-commerce enterprises, hoping to offer useful references and insights for them to leverage AIGC technology to address challenges and promote high-quality and sustainable development of the industry. %K 生成式人工智能(AIGC), %K 电子商务, %K 农产品
