The Challenges and Countermeasures of E-Commerce Development in Ethnic Minority Regions—Taking Linxia Prefecture as an Example %A 陕小杰 %A 李诗雪 %A 魏旭阳 %A 汪翔 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 1331-1336 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.141165 %X 在信息化迅猛发展和国家政策的推动下,衍生出许多新型商务模式,其中传统商业模式向电子商务方向转型在近年来比例较高。本文以少数民族地区电商发展现状为背景,选取临夏州作为典型案例进行深入剖析。临夏州坐落于甘肃省西南部,其电商产业主要聚焦于清真食品、民族用品等富含民族特色的产品。近年来,临夏州电商领域虽取得了一定成就,但仍面临电子商务专业人才短缺、普及程度不高、供应链整合难题以及直播模式创新不足等挑战。针对这些难题,建议临夏州政府及企业采取相应措施,如制定优惠政策吸引人才、优化电商发展环境、强化供应链整合能力并推动直播模式创新。通过实施这些对策,有望进一步促进临夏州电商产业的蓬勃发展,带动少数民族地区经济和人均收入的全面提升,同时促进民族文化的广泛交流与传播。
In the rapid development of informationization and the push of national policies, many new business models have emerged, among which the transformation of traditional business models towards e-commerce has been relatively high in recent years. This paper takes the current situation of e-commerce development in minority areas as the background, and chooses Linxia as a typical case for in-depth analysis. Located in the southwest of Gansu Province, Linxia’s e-commerce industry focuses on halal food, ethnic products and other products with ethnic characteristics. In recent years, although Linxia has made some achievements in the field of e-commerce, it still faces challenges such as shortage of e-commerce professionals, low popularity, supply chain integration problems and insufficient innovation of live broadcast mode. In response to these problems, it is suggested that the government and enterprises of Linxia take corresponding measures, such as formulating preferential policies to attract talents, optimizing the development environment of e-commerce, strengthening the integration ability of supply chain and promoting the innovation of live broadcasting model. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it is expected to further promote the vigorous development of the e-commerce industry in Linxia, drive the overall improvement of the economy and per capita income of minority areas, and promote the extensive exchange and dissemination of ethnic culture. %K 电子商务, %K 少数民族, %K 困境, %K 临夏州
