In order to solve the problem that the two-dimensional bar code recognition of biological samples is difficult due to uneven illumination when stored in confined spaces, a two-dimensional bar code recognition system for biological samples based on Raspberry Pi was designed and manufactured in this paper. The hardware of the system is mainly composed of a personal computer, a raspberry pi, a camera, a device shell and a parallel light source, and some image processing algorithms are used to achieve high-precision recognition of the two-dimensional bar code of biological samples. %K 树莓派, %K 生物样本二维码, %K 图像处理算法
